Afterlife Greek Cuisine is an imaginary restaurant created as an exercise in branding and applying a logo across multiple platforms. It was also an exercise in logo development and creating an icon from a layered concept.
Afterlife blends greek culture with anatomy and wine. Creating a complex and layered icon to show the layered history of Greece. I played on the universal relation between the human heart and life connecting them to grapes which make wine and embedding the Greek column. The aged column adds authenticity and establishes the connection to history that this restaurant is tied to.
